The Regular Meeting of Temple Lodge No. 33 for February 2019 will NOT be held at the Duncan Masonic Temple, 163 Canada Avenue, Duncan, B.C. on Tuesday, 12 February 2019 at 7:30 p.m. as previously announced

It has been rescheduled to Wednesday, 20 February 2019 at the Duncan Masonic Temple, 163 Canada Avenue, Duncan, B.C. at 7:30 p.m.

All Visiting Brethren are very welcome to attend.

Funeral Service For Godfrey Ferguson – 22 December 2018, 11:00 A.M.

Temple Lodge No. 33 regrets to inform you that Bro. Godfrey Ferguson, of Malahat Lodge No. 107, has passed to the Grand Lodge Above on 12 December 2018.

There will be a funeral service for our late Brother Godfrey Ferguson at St. John’s Anglican Church, 486 Jubilee Street, Duncan, on 22 December 2018 at 11:00 a.m.

All are welcome to attend. The family has requested that no flowers be sent. Anyone wishing to do so can make a donation to the Cowichan Hospice Society’s Hospice House Project on behalf of our late Brother Godfrey Ferguson.

The Will Of God Is Accomplished. So Mote It Be.

Sadly, on December 12th 2018, Douglas Godfrey Ferguson (DuncanBritish Columbia), born in WeyburnSaskatchewan left us for a better place. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family. He was predeceased by : his parents, William Douglas Ferguson, Mary Jane “Mae” Davidson; his sister, Virginia Marjorie “Dargie”; his son, Robert “Bobby” Leslie Douglas.

He is survived by : his wife, Jennifer; his children, Sandie, Julie, Dan; his grandchildren, Danielle, Blake, Janel, Lachlan, Marshall, Anneliese, Aidan, Haele; and also, Owen, Janet, Beth, Emily. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cowichan Hospice Society’s Hospice House Project in his name would be most appreciated, or to a charity of your choice. The Officers and Members of Sunset Chapter No. 44, are pleased to extend an invitation to the Officers and Brethren of Temple Lodge #33 AM & AM, to attend our Christmas Dinner on Wednesday, December 19th, 2018, downstairs in the Mercury Theatre, 331 Brae Rd. Doors open at 5:00 pm; Dinner at 6:00 pm.

Looking forward to some of your members being able to join us. We usually follow up with some entertainment and a visit from Santa.

DDGM Official Visit To Temple Lodge & Fellow Craft Degree – 24 November 2018

The District Deputy Grand Master’s Official Visit to Temple Lodge No. 33 be held at the Duncan Masonic Temple, 163 Canada Avenue, Duncan, B.C. on Saturday, 24 November 2018 at 1:00 p.m.

Temple Lodge No. 33 will also be conducted a Fellow Craft Degree as part of the Official Visit ceremonies.

Please bear in mind that Temple Lodge No. 33 will be opened at 11:00 a.m., Lunch will be at 12:00 noon and the District Deputy Grand Master’s Official Visit will begin at 1:00 p.m.

Widows Christmas Luncheon – 9 December 2018

Temple Lodge No. 33 will be holding its annual Widows’ Christmas Luncheon in conjunction with the Cowichan Valley Shrine Club Sweethearts Christmas Luncheon.

This annual event will be held on Sunday, December 9th, 2018 at the Cowichan Golf Club starting at approx 11 am with the Buffet Lunch at 12 NOON.

This will be a full Turkey Dinner with all the trimmings for $27.50 per person.

If you would like to attend please RSVP to Art Graff of Temple Lodge No. 33 or Terry Landry for the Cowichan Valley Shrine Club.
