In 1937 Claude and Edna Green built a new house on Grieve Road in North Cowichan and moved there from 733 Wharncliffe Road. Claude Green’s daughter Sylvia Dyer told us that as Claude and Edna Green had children they found 733 Wharncliffe Road was too small for their growing family. So they designed the new house on Grieve Road and moved there in 1937.

Claude Green built this house on Grieve Road, North Cowichan for his family.
