This Arts & Crafts style house at 1087 Islay Street in Duncan, B.C. was built circa 1920 for Charles William O’Neill, a Past Master of Temple Lodge No. 33, who lived here until his death in 1963.

After Charles William O’Neill‘s death in 1963, this house was acquired by Ken Paskin, a member of Malahat Lodge No. 107 and Mayor of Duncan, who lived here until the 1970’s, when the house was purchased its current owners.
