Harry Firth sent a Petition For Initiation to Temple Lodge No. 33 on 27 November 1925. It stated he was born in W. Philadelphia on 15 September 1885, that he was then residing in Duncan and his occupation was Barber.
He was sponsored for membership in Temple Lodge No. 33 by Lucien Brockway and Charles William ONeill.
The Committee of Investigation, consisting of George Henry Savage, Walter Barclay Harper and Roger Davies reported favourably and Harry Firth was duly elected to membership in Temple Lodge No. 33 by Initiation.
