David Parfitt (died 20 January 2001) was a member of the Parfitt family which operated the Parfitt Brothers construction firm, which built many of Victoria’s historic buildings.

He was a member of Mt. Newton Lodge No. 89 in Saanichton, B.C. He made a Petition For Initiation to Mt. Newton Lodge No. 89 in 1946, giving his residence as “Victoria” and his occupation as “Dentist”.

He was Initiated on 16 March 1946, was Passed on 14 April 1949, Raised on 23 June 1949.
