“….W. Bro. Driver introduced W. Bro. Ardley of Hiram Lodge, No.14, A.F. & A.M., B.C.R., on his first visit to Temple Lodge……
The M. Masons lodge was called to refreshment and a lodge of Entered Apprentices opened and David James Madill, Frank Gavin Hume and Harvey Dean Painter were admitted, obligated and brought to Light and taught their first step in Masonry. The work being exemplified in a dignified and impressive manner.


The W. Master then thanked the Brethren for attending this Emergent meeting which was held under very unfavourable weather conditions. At 9:30 the E.A. lodge was closed………..”
