James Forbes Clark. Age 41. Trainman, Youbou, B.C. W. Bro. R. Cummins pos. sec. by Bro. V. M. Galbraith, that the petition be received and the usual investigating committee appointed. Carried. W.M. appointed committee – Bros. V. M. Galbraith, H. G. Hanson, Claude Green....."

[Note: At the same meeting Petitions for Affiliation were also received from Keneth Henry Castley, Frederick George Mowat and Raymond Henry Vye]
