The following Brethren of Temple Lodge, No. 33 have recently passed to the Grand Lodge Above:

August 2015

We regret to inform you that W. Bro. Ron Holcroft of Admiral Lodge, No. 170 and Tzouhalem Chapter, No.26 R.A.M. passed on 2 June 2015. W. Bro. Holcroft was a frequent visitor to Temple Lodge. The funeral will be held on 13 August 2015 at St. Mark's Anglican Church, 961 North End Road Salt Spring Island. Interment in Purdy Cunningham Memorial Cemetery will follow the funeral service.

June 2015

We regret to inform you that R.W. Bro. Ron Henning of Malahat Lodge, No. 107 passed on 2 June 2015. R.W. Bro. Henning was a frequent visitor to Temple Lodge.

March 2014

I regret to inform you that RW Brother Colin Auld passed to the Grand Lodge Above on 11 March 2014. Interment will be in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Here are links to his obituaries in the Times-Colonist, and the Chronicle-Journal (Thunder Bay, Ontario). A webpage has been added to this site in memory of RWB Auld.

For the second time within 30 days, it is my sad duty to inform you that a member of Temple Lodge, No. 33 has passed to the Grand Lodge Above. RWB George Morris passed at Cowichan District Hospital on 25 October 2013.

There was an interment at 11:00 a.m. at Cedar Memorial Gardens followed by a Celebration of Life at Sands Funeral Chapel, Duncan, B.C. on 1 November 2013 at 2:00 p.m.

It is our great regret to the inform the Masonic community that RW Brother Bill Somerville passed to the Grand Lodge Above in Cowichan Hospital on 28 September 2013. The funeral was held on 11 October 2013, 2:00 p.m. at Duncan United Church.
