Brother Andrew J. Thurston was a Charter Member of Temple Lodge, No. 33 in December 1899.
Unfortunately we do not know much more about him at present. He was also a member of Ashlar Lodge, No. 3 in Nanaimo. We found his grave in Chemainus Cemetery by chance during a research visit in Chemainus. We will do more research on Brother Thurston and post more information about him as we uncover it.
